It's easier to replace than you'd think. The door panel is held in place by 4 torx screws either 20 or 30 and a series of clips around the perimeter. Locate the door with the damaged or broken door lock actuator. Then operate the inside door handle and open the door. Clip back the wiring connector to the body of the actuator.
