I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling already but that didn't seem to work. If so, its likely just having trouble loading your current texture pack. Everytime I play after around 5-15 minutes or a bit more my game freezes and I will need to close it. Older versions still work though. It then recovered, but the game was still visually frozen. I discovered that there was a new update for Minecraft and when I opened it up, it should've automatically started updating, but it didn't, its stuck looking for updates and about 10 min later it said unable to update the Minecraft Native Launcher. I can't find anything useful online that I haven't already tried. Look at it when it freezes or just a average amount it uses? The latest version of Minecraft might require the latest version of the Graphics driver. At the start I thought this was the issue but it didnt solve it. Not responding does not necessarily mean the program has crashed, rather that it has become unresponsive to the operating system, because it is too busy doing something else in order to respond to the operating system.
